Your Path to Becoming a Trained Mediator!

Our OOC Trained Mediator Internship offers a unique opportunity to shadow OOC Mediations, participate in assessments and moot court designs, and complete a study program to become a trained mediator. With initiative certificates upon completion, you’ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to assist families in resolving conflicts outside of the courtroom.

The Regular Mediation Internship program at Out of Court provides law students with a comprehensive understanding of the concept and applicability of Mediation in real life. With deep research and study, participants undergo a month-long program to prepare for the legal profession and the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s emphasis on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
