Ananya S., Jindal Global Law School
“Never ever done such an in-depth training. The entire month felt like a complete mediation bootcamp. The way real disputes were broken down changed how I see conflicts altogether. I am in the fifth year of Law School and this has been really useful to me. I connected with the concept of proper communication with people, I never experienced this is any Internships so far. I think that I should have done this when I was in my 1st or 2nd year ”. -
Rohit K., Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru
“The training sessions were extremely practical, we had so much to do to understand people. Actual mediations and real court cases were discussed in detail by ma’am, which made everything real and relatable. We hardly had any lecture sessions. I was curious and busy too. ” -
Sneha M., Christ Law College, Bengaluru
“What impressed me most at the month long training was the balance between theory and practice. And the pace with which each step of mediation was explained. Every session added a new layer of understanding people, mediation, legal cases as people perceive them and not as we see them from the point of view of the legal subject that we have studied in bulk.” -
Arjun P., Jindal Global Law School
“The vocabulary shift and confidence I’ve gained in just one month (the first week actually when the Training happened) is unbelievable. I have e new found confidence now.
This could easily have been a six-month program. It was suggested to us by the very helpful team of OOC (Thank You Juthika Ma’am and others) I am looking forward to repeating the entire month.” -
Pooja R., NLSIU, Bengaluru
“The depth of the program surprised me. Real court experiences were seamlessly connected with mediation skills, one word SUPERB! for the entire team of OOC Meena and Juthika Ma’am, the team leaders and the fun competition between the teams. All this made the learning experience deep and the month just flew by without a spec of boredom.” -
Karthik V., Symbiosis Law School, Pune
“The structure of the training was excellent. Nothing felt superficial. Each exercise had purpose. I have written the best report ever. The guidance from the mentors (mediators of Outofcourt) was inspiring. They have such depth of the subject are patient and answer all queries with more ideas and new approaches. The creating of the moot problem was a challenge but it added to my knowledge tremendously ” -
Neha T., Jindal Global Law School
“Meena Ma’am’s rich experience reflects in every session. Her sharing of actual mediations and actual court cases was simply amazing and deeply insightful. It bought tears to my eyes to hear how happy people feel when their case gets settled in such a short time. I am inspired to be a mediator. I will be coming back for further Training a sthey are full of anecdotes and film clips, role plays and simulations. I did not expect this I feel transformed”. -
Aman S., Faculty of Law, Delhi University
“The court visit and mediation centre visits were the best part of the program. Seeing mediation in action changed my perspective completely. I am surprised at how structured and amazing the training was. It was brilliant.” -
Divya L., Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru
“Meena Ma’am explains complex disputes with so much clarity. Her real-life examples made learning effortless and impactful. I wish we can sit through mediations, this was missing as the clients often do not want anyone watching their personal matters, and confidentiality is most important in a mediation. The structure was proper but rather long”. My feedback is if the reports could be reduced a little bit. I am in first year and found it rather long to research and write daily. Nothing much was available on mediation too. -
Nikhil R., Jindal Global Law School
“This training made me more aware of myself as a future lawyer. Listening, patience, and strategy were taught in a very practical way directly by Meena Ma’am. We all in the team did not expect that. My teammates were from all over India it was the most fun part we had long online sessions with each other. We did not expect networking and time management aspects. These were totally new. We did not have any lecture sessions at all. We studied Criminal law and I personally connect with Criminal side of law I was happy with those days of the tasks. I would like to thank the kind and always available team of OOC.” -
Shruti A., Christ Law College, Bengaluru
“The program was intense but in the best way. I felt fully absorbed for the entire month.” -
Siddharth N., GNLU, Gandhinagar
“Meena Ma’am brings the courtroom into the classroom. Her experiences from actual cases made mediation feel powerful and relevant. Personally I am going for international Moot competitions and I feel confident” -
Aishwarya K., Jindal Global Law School
“I appreciated how personal the feedback was. You are not treated as just another student. So much research, so much of writing and it was a breeze as it was with actual real people. My mother commented that she has never seen me so engrossed in any online class as I was. She liked that she was also a part of the mocks for the training. 🙂 ” -

Names have been changed. Some have been written from the whatsapp messages received after the mediation process is done.Anita Principal International School, Bengaluru I was extremely sceptic when I came for the mediation. I was not looking forward to facing my abusive husband also. The only reason I agreed was because I was told by my friend that Mediation process helps save Time and Money.
I have saved both I must say. I was so so so comfortable as Meena was not allowing my husband to flare up at any time. She was so calm that I shared so many fears between us easily. Some heavy weight is lifted off my shoulders after the mediation came to an end”.“We were partners for a very long time at the business and some misunderstanding crept in and we were fighting a lot. It was effecting our business. I read about mediation on Linkedin where Meena said that matters can be settled fast and businesses will not suffer. Out of sheer desperation I came for the mediation with my partner. There is one segment where she asked us to think beyond our matter at hand. It was wonderful..we were now looking forward to new start between us. I never expected this. Thanks You from both of us. – Sahil Mehta & Sriranjani Kapoor Hyderabad.
My lawyer friend observed that my husband is a highly acclaimed musician and a celebrity in India. I was scared to come to India or even file a divorce case, fearing that he will influence everyone. She suggested that I go for a mediation with Ms. Meena W. She was great help she made both of feel very comfortable and open up easily. I was surprised to see my husband behave so well as he has a fiery temper.
It has been some time now I am divorced and living peacefully with my kids. A lot was taken care of at the mediation so the court process became effortless. It was complicated but Meena made is seem so easy. I am so grateful.
